Front of House Team Member

**About The Find...** The Find opened just over 4 years ago and has already become one of Cheltenham’s most popular brunch and café destinations. With a fierce passion for authentic local produce, sustainability and quality, we want someone that can showcase the very best of The Cotswolds. With each & every plate beautifully presented. What must always set The Find apart from other cafes is that every customer can see how much every member of staff cares about their experience.

We are open 7 days a week, primarily offering an all-day brunch and lunch menu, but also with a strong reputation for incredible coffee, cakes and home baked produce. We do cater for private events, including some evening dining especially around Christmas, but we are largely a daytime business.

At The Find, everyone is happy to will welcome customers and each other into the Find with a smile. Our team is always ready to help where they can, using their initiative and common sense to serve and deal with customer queries, or happy to roll up their sleeves and help in the kitchen with preparation and cleaning duties. Happy to run food and drinks, clear tables, take orders and payments, or work behind the bar doing smoothies etc.

We also have a passion for great coffee and are always keen to meet great baristas. Or people who share our passion for coffee and want to learn. We are happy to train staff as baristas if they show passion and an ability on coffee. Everyone is given the opportunity to do a bit of everything; we need people who are able to improvise and work well under pressure. Everyday is different. The team needs to be able to learn quickly and be adaptable while maintaining a high standard of service.
