Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager

Successful unique growing restaurant group

Location: East Midlands - must be able to commute to the Derby/Nottingham area

**Salary**: Around £26,000 with regular salary reviews, WFM one day a week; flexible start & finish times

Due to its continued success, my client, a growing accomplished restaurant company with a unique concept, is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive for focus on campaigns to increase sales, social media to PR and increase awareness of the brand using marketing activity across digital & print and the Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating & delivering a marketing calendar across the UK-wide group of restaurant operations.

The role would suit a Senior Marketing Executive, a strong Marketing Executive looking for career progression or a Marketing Manager looking to enhance their career by joining a growing unique company & brand.

The role will report directly to the Head of Marketing & will play an important role within the marketing team.

With restaurants throughout the UK & internationally, the company have a unique quality offering that has meant continued success & the company have both managed & franchised operations & a strong take out & delivery offering.

The role itself will have various responsibilities.

What are we looking for?
- Strong marketing skills across all platforms
- Ability to deliver the central marketing calendar building strong working relationships with team members, managers & senior management to create strong messages & promotion of the business both for the company as a whole & any local marketing activity for each restaurant, liaising with both operations & franchisees
- Strong organisational skills & the ability to plan & prioritise.
- The ability to create & execute the PR & marketing strategy, delivering it across various channels, social media etc, liaising with photographers, videographers to produce assets on a regular basis as well as printing companies to organise marketing materials for restaurants & working with a PR agency to write press releases etc.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- The ability to work closely with Operations Management to plan & execute seasonal & new product offerings & marketing calendars provided by franchisees & area managers as well as the franchise marketing strategy both in the UK & internationally.
- The ability to write social content for all social media platforms, including Facebook adverts.
- The ability to work with the graphic design team to create digital graphics for social media & in store promotions
- The ability to build strong relationships with bloggers & influencers
- Must live or be happy to relocate within the Midlands area
- Well-presented & professional with the ability to work to the highest standards whilst working with sometimes sensitive/confidential information.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational & time management skills with the ability to cope with several projects at once
- Passionate & enthusiastic

Salary & package:
The starting salary for this role is around £26,000 plus bonus, company benefits, Monday to Friday work with one day a week working from home & flexible daily start & finish timesplus the chance to grow a career with a solid multi-site operator with restaurants throughout the UK & overseas.
