Not only will you aid in reducing Carbon emission, but you will also support home-owners in reducing their energy bills while keeping them warm this winter.

The Role**:Warehouse Coordinator**

As a Warehouse Coordinator within the insulation department, you will form an important part of the wider logistics team for the delivery of energy efficiency improvement projects. These projects will be required to meet PAS2035:2019 guidelines.

The Warehouse Coordinator will receive and log delivery orders before delegating the picking of the material request to the warehouse operative team.

You will be required to complete all other reasonable tasks within the role.

You will work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure delivery / pick up deadlines are met.

Within the role, you will track and record up-to-date management information such as complete, incomplete and delayed tasks. All management information should be accurate to aid the wider project result.

The role will require you to liaise daily with install teams, the labour team operatives and the warehouse team.

You will collaborate intermittently with the project team and any other departments within the organisation if required.

The Warehouse Coordinator will report to the Warehouse Manager.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be the first point of contact for the warehouse operative team.
- Ensure the warehouse operative team is fully equipped to carry out all their role.
- Produce an accurate daily attendance diary for the warehouse manager.
- Liaise with the labour team coordinator to take receipt of delivery / pick up requests.
- Liaise with other departments to assist in the wider operation.
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure correct materials and products.
- Update trackers relating to the warehouse operative team throughout each working day.
- Record accurate management information to aid the submission process.
- Report significant issues to ensure efficient planning.
- Keep an up-to-date warehouse operative performance tracker for individual / team performance feedback.
- Create strong professional relationships to maximise results.
- Close out all daily task

37.5 hours

Within the Labour Team Coordinator role, you may be required to work above & beyond during busier times to ensure completion of tasks.

**Salary**

£20,787 - £23,000

**Office Location******

Your main base will be the Consumer Energy Solutions Hub office.

Unit 2, Abergorki Industrial Estate Treorchy, CF42 6RL
