We're currently recruiting for a Marketing Graduate / Assistant to join a fantastic legal firm in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
The role will provide support to the Marketing Director, Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant by assisting them with the day to day tasks of a busy marketing team.
You should be familiar with marketing concepts and be proactive in all aspects of the role....
- Marketing projects, events and activities for all service areas across the firm
- Social media campaigns and direct mail communications
- Creating promotional material including brochures, team sheets, uploading web articles and blogs provided by our legal teams
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for the firm’s events and presentations
- Database management and administration
- Responding to and referring business enquiries to appropriate teams
- Co-ordinating our client surveys
- Marketing activity reports
- Carrying out market research and other relevant information that helps develop marketing plans
- Internal communications to include newsletters, flyers, posters and events
- Arrange team meetings and circulate follow ups/action points
- General support and assistance
- Enthusiastic attitude to marketing
- Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
- Well developed communication, organisational and team working skills
- Ability to be pro-active
- Ability to be assertive

Essential
- Good MS Office skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Good understanding of client care
- Flexible working hours for assisting with breakfast/evening events both virtually and face to face in our offices and at external venues in and around Milton Keynes, Gatwick and London
- Ability to work as part of the team and also work well independently
Desirable
- Chartered Institute of Marketing or similar qualification at introductory level would be an advantage
- Marketing related degree
- Knowledge of database management, Mac based skills including Indesign and photoshop
- Digital marketing experience
