Security Officer Required.

Must be smart, approachable, and confident in dealing with residents, visitors and building management.

Role:

- To monitor all persons at the property and ensure that they have a right to be present.
- To control access and egress around the premises.
- Conduct patrols of the premises to prevent theft.
- Remain vigilant and alert.
- To maintain a visible presence on the site at all times
- To assist in the event of emergency, e.g. take immediate action to contact the appropriate authority.
- To manage the smooth operation of communal areas.
- To maintain a diary of recordable events and occurrences.
- To ensure that all confidential information is kept secure.

- Able to multitask whilst still maintaining quality service

**Requirements**:

- Valid SIA License (Door Supervision or Security Guarding)
- Valid right to work in the UK without restriction
- Must be flexible to work weekdays/weekends.
- 5 year checkable work/career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards - BS7858

Shift Pattern:

- 12 Hour Days - 9am - 9pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.05 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
