**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Suporvisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Continuously improve warehouse processes and procedures
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Manage the shipping and receiving process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of goods
- Utilise Mintsoft or similar systems for inventory management and reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations
- Experience supervising a team of warehouse staff
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with Mintsoft or similar inventory management systems
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of profit loss analysis and budgeting is preferred

Pay: £25,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
