The role is varied and covers a range of administrative responsibilities that support the day to day operations of the service, as well as contributing to its ongoing development. Main Duties and Responsibilities Answering incoming and making outbound calls in a professional manner within agreed KPIs.

Skills and Experience: Essential: Experience of working with and dealing with the public. Experience of working in an administrative capacity.
