The Service Advisor role requires someone who is well organised, has a strong attention to detail, is customer focused and who is confident in this Sales environment. Full product training will be given but prior knowledge of any of our brands would be advantageous. In exchange, you can expect a friendly working environment, a supporting team and benefits commensurate with an organisation of this scale. **Essential**:

- 2 years experience

- Ability to work with company processes / systems
- Be able to manage the booking system to make sure appointments are logged correctly and time slots filled
- Manage each customer journey from start to finish

- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Full UK Driving license
