Production Operative

T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client based in Coalville on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Our client is a leader within the manufacturing industry and due to a period of growth are looking to expand their team.
Due to the nature of their products, you will be working within a controlled environment so will be required to wear full PPE for the duration of your shift.
**Production Operative Job Details and Benefits;**
- £10.42 per hour
- Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm
- Weekly pay
- Company bonus twice a year
- Full PPE provided
- Onsite canteen facilities
- Free tea and coffee
- Free onsite parking
**Production Operative Responsibilities;**
- Quality checking the product
- Inspecting the product for defects
- Checking batch numbers
- Cleaning packaging to standard
- Working within a controlled environment
- Adhering to strict health and safety procedures
- Completing paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
- Completing any other duties as necessary
**Production Operative Person Specification;**
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential as full training is given
- Confident manner
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good knowledge of written English is essential
