Enginei is a Fuel Management System developed by Royston which is currently installed on 300 vessels worldwide.
As an engine specialist we supply, service and repair all engine types and supporting equipment giving our clients peace of mind whether at sea, in dry dock or on land. In order to maximise asset uptime, our engineering teams support our clients throughout the world with planned, routine or breakdown repair and servicing requirements, sourcing the spare parts and equipment required to complete the job on cost on time.
**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Assist with service reports (scan, type, format and issue to relevant customers).
- Ordering of materials from suppliers through CRM system.
- Assist with updating holiday and sickness spread sheet.
- Monitoring vehicle checklist returns and logging data
- Assist with amendments to QA documentation
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings.
- Complete Part E Returns on Waste Transfer Notes and assist with updating quarterly returns spreadsheet.
- Process calibration certificates and update calibration register.
- Scanning and filing of job packs.
- Maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
- Answering office phones and directing to relevant person/dept.
- Assist other departments when required.
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties in line with business requirements.

- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) desirable
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) desirable
