You’ll have an important part to play as our Audio Visual Assistant supporting the delivery of excellent customer service within Unipart Group’s Client Services areas, executive boardrooms, Conference Centre, meeting rooms, offices, The Advanced SupplyChain Institute (ASCI) and distribution centres.
As well as receiving training from the Audio Visual Manager to cover all aspects of the technical offering within Unipart Group, we have The Unipart Way.It allows everyone in our team to pursue their own personal and professional goals to a world class level,through Unipart's ‘From Gate to Great’ training and development program.
**Audio Visual and Events Assistant Responsibilities include:**:

- Installing and operating AV equipment and/or hardware requirements for in-person, virtual, and hybrid conferences and events across Unipart and client sites as required
- Selecting equipment, creating quotations and raising orders
- Providing cover for Main Reception and other Client Services areas during busy periods and to cover absence
- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly checks to ensure the facilities are set up and maintained to a high standard
- Required to do some heavy lifting of furniture and equipment
- Meeting, greeting and registering external visitors, suppliers and clients
- Supporting the adoption of digital technologies across all business areas

**Audio Visual and Events Assistant Requirements:**
- Excellent communicator - including effective listening and professional spoken and written skills
- Confidence to stand up in front of an audience
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology and customer service
- Previous knowledge and experience of Projection, digital signage, multimedia editing, mixing desks, microphones/PA systems, Unified Collaboration (UC), audio-visual routing and processing, AV over IP, AV control systems, video production, Adobe CreativeSuite, MS PowerPoint would be an advantage
- Although based from Cowley, OX4, this role involves multi-site travel, therefore a full driving licence is essential for this role.

**Location**: Cowley, Oxfordshire
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (with occasional evening and weekend overtime)
**Salary**: £22,000 per annum
