**JOB POSITION**

Job Title: ACCOUNTS/PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

Departments: ADMINISTRATION

Responsible to: COMPANY SECRETARY

**JOB PURPOSE**
- Maintain records for - Accounts - Payroll - Pension - Personnel - Holiday
- Process & Submit Weekly/Monthly Payroll / Pensions & HMRC returns
- Credit Control duties as required

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES**
- Online Banking - Payment of Wages/Suppliers/HMRC via BACS and producing daily Bank Statements
- Provide ad-hoc information for the Commercial Manager as required
- Answering and re-direction of incoming telephone calls if necessary
- Reconcile Supplier Statements and other Accounts Documents as required
- Match Delivery Notes to Purchase Invoices prior to posting on Sage
- Monthly Transfer of Sales Invoices on Sage and produce Customer Statements
- Administrating Petty Cash
- General Clerical Office duties and assisting colleagues in the Administration Department as required

**KEY SKILLS**
- Good keyboard skills
- Good telephone manner
- Working knowledge of Computers - Excel/Word & Sage IT systems - Line 200 Manufacturing & Line 50 Payroll
- Pleasant personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Respond flexibly to change

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 23.25 per week

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£13,000.00 per year
