We currently have exciting opportunities for Support Practitioners to join our growing organisation and support individuals within their own homes in the Bellahouston area, Glasgow.

We're looking for warm and friendly **Part Time (21 hours)** and **Full Time (35 hours)** Support Practitioners to join our team in Bellahouston, supporting individuals to continue to live the happy and fulfilled life we all deserve

**About the role**

This service supports 3 gentlemen, all with different support needs, therefore this role will include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst while enabling and promoting independent living. Our team takes pride in insuring we work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

When at home you may be required to support with their personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.

**About You**

We are looking for individuals who are sensitive to people’s needs and proactive in supporting people to lead active lives. You will have a good understanding of the need to support people to stay healthy and safe.

Having previous experience and qualifications is great, but not essential as we provide full in-house training and will support you to achieve your SVQ Level 2.

The people we support have varied interests, from cooking to walking and arts and crafts. If you share some of these interests and have the dedication and enthusiasm to support them achieve their goals - we want to hear from you
