Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant

Purchase Ledger Assistant - P/T - 3 days a week (flexible hours)

Can be hybrid working (after initial training period)

Salary dependent on experience

Posting purchase invoices to appropriate nominal accounts
Sending purchase invoices to appropriate approvers
Chasing for approval where not received
Querying and resolving any disputed invoices
Allocating cash payments on purchase ledger
Supplier statement reconciliations
Some Excel skills
Attention to detail is essential and good organisational and communication skills
