Position: Call Handler

**Salary**: £10.77

Location: Elland Office based.
Working Shifts: 9:00-17:00 37.5 hours p/w

Reed Specialist Recruitment are representing a well-established company within the Elland area. Due to an internal business improvement project, our client is looking to recruit Call Handlers on a temporary basis, to help support the existing Customer Servicedepartment.

Supporting the Customer Service team, duties will include:

- Mange incoming call in a timely and professional manner
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
- Operating internal systems/administration duties
- Liaising with internal departments and external companies

Person specification:

- Previous experience of dealing with volume calls
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Working experience using Microsoft Office
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Tenacious and customer focused.
- Embrace new ways of working.
