**JOB PURPOSE**:
This is a client/customer facing position, requiring excellent administration and customer service skills. To work within a small Front of house team at our Clapham Centre.

Hours: 15 hours per week, Monday to Sunday working alternate three 5 hour shifts between the following hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 1:30pm or 1:30pm to 6:30pm
Friday 3pm - 8pm

Saturday - Sunday 8:30am - 2pm

Occasional overtime shifts may be offered.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Provide outstanding customer service to existing clients, new clients and prospective clients.
- Has expert knowledge of the The Awareness Centre Counselling services and can answer all client and therapist queries correctly.
- Make client bookings into the Low-Cost Counselling and the Private Therapy Service
- To accurately manage the FOH room booking system, including diary management of all therapists
- To carry out all aspects of work with a high level of professionalism and efficiency
- Is able to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Must prepare the training room for courses and workshops and check all therapy rooms throughout the day and keep them tidy.
- To be able to take card payments and manage the payment system, ensuring no clients leave without making payment.

**QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS**:

- Previous reception and administration experience necessary.
- Preferential - experience working as a receptionist within the private health sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Communication sensitivity: To be able to liaise with clients and be aware of the sensitive information. Responding in a manner that is empathic.
- To be able to work within the remit of all General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines.
- Ability to work under pressure and with good time management skills.
- Excellent organisation skills, prioritisation skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail.
- Professional and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and knowledge of using databases, including CRM and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent writing and administration skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From £11,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
