A fantastic opportunity to become part of the Marketing Team at our well-established client based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, working with the Head of Marketing at this exciting time of growth for the company to assist in the roll out of the marketing plan,strategy and budget to deliver on all digital and physical marketing communications, branding, advertising, trade shows, online, promotional items and various other marketing activities ensuring all channels to market are being utilized to their maximum potential.Not for the feint hearted but definitely for the easily excitable A big opportunity to make a huge impact.

Our client are an established, fast paced, creative British manufacturer currently selling to the commercial fit-out industry. Having recently refreshed their branding with an introduction of 4 distinct sub brands they need someone to assist in finalisingand launching them to take them to the next level. Their marketing plan encompasses 200% increase in products, 300% increase in target markets, 400% increase in on-trend brands, 500% increase in clients database all backed by a dynamic team to drive the pipelinefrom enquiry to sale. The new company website reflecting the new brand structure has been developed by an external company and is ready for launch. Their new London showroom will showcase this exciting transition and position them in the heart of Clerkenwell,London’s UK interior design scene with the official launch at Clerkenwell Design Week in May.

This is a full time role working from 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday and will be mainly office based in Hoddesdon, with the option of some hybrid work arrangements if required. The role attracts a salary of £29,000 per annum, plus bonus schemes (potential OTE£31k with bonuses). Other benefits include 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, additional day off if your birthday falls on a working day and free company lunch.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Management of website including SEO etc
- Management of all social media channels including producing and posting regular content
- Design of marketing collateral including brochures/spec sheets etc
- Producing and sending out e-shots
- Manage and grow marketing database
- Deliver on daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s including reporting

- Proven track record of 5 years marketing experience, delivering results under time pressure working to tight deadlines
- Experience and knowledge of the commercial fit-out industry (_preferred but not mandatory_)
- Experience in marketing a specified product range (_preferred but not mandatory_)
- Some qualifications/degree in Marketing (_preferred but not mandatory_
