This is an exciting opportunity to join Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) Model of Care and Implementation Team. This will be hybrid working with some travel to provide face-to-face support directly to our In-patient services across the Trust.

We are seeking an highly motivated, organised and experienced Implementation Lead with a particular passion for In-Patient care for Mental Health patients across children and adult services, to delivery this National lead large scale change transformation programme across our 30 In-Patient's services.

The Implementation Lead will support the Senior Implementation Lead and Head of Models of Care+ to provide and ensure that areas of high priorities, challenging and significant change outcomes are met within the Trust timeline plan, assessing the impact of change on both the organisation and staff and plan and manage the process to minimise disruption.

This new role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has the commitment and passion to support the professional development of staff, ensuring that our members of staff have the appropriate skills to meet the needs of our patients, carers and relatives.

You should have experience of planning and delivering projects of work, to deliver outcomes, and have experience of working in partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Working hours are social hours Monday to Friday hybrid working. A combination of a fixed term contract or secondments are available, If a secondment the support of your line manager is essential.

You will need to be approachable, able to flex to the competing demands of the programme to accommodate both internal and external changes and lead upon the delivery to the planned timescales. Your innovation and ability to support large scale change transformation will be key in driving forward changes to support the In-Patients services to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients, carers and families.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, having evidence of delivering projects of work to deadlines, with key stakeholders engaged during the process. Your experience, passion, motivation and drive will be key to the successful delivery of the requirements of this leadership role.
