This is a fast-paced, fun, and interesting position which offers an immediate start on a full-time basis. This is a contract role until the end of August 2023.

Here at Stafford House, we welcome groups of young people from overseas to stay with us in our locations across the UK, as they learn English and take part in a wide variety of fun, educational excursions, and activities.

As Reservations Coordinator, you will be based at our school; just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Canterbury. This is a busy team so you will be the type of person who thrives on a challenge. In return, you’ll gain some fantastic experience of working with multicultural clients in a friendly and diverse educational environment.

This role could be a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to expand their existing experience.

**Here’s some of what the job involves**:

- **
**Liaising with overseas clients to answer any queries about our courses and programmes prior to their arrival
- Providing quotes and processing reservations, while managing any special requirements our customers may have
- Managing databases, spreadsheets, and paperwork such as invoices and supplier report

**What you’ll need to make a success of the role**:

- Great communication skills as you’ll be working with a range of customers, within a really helpful and supportive team
- Some experience of working in a reservations, leisure and tourism role would be of benefit but is not essential
- Have excellent attention to detail, be computer-savvy and have working experience in a fast-paced, administrative environment
- You must be available immediately and until 31st August 2023
