Receptionist

Reporting to the Head of reception

Main responsibilities:

- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Managing ID of visitors
- Process badges per requirement
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Reception
- Sending
- Internal mail
- Catering management
- Maintenance and cleaning Point of contact
- Manage stationery supplies
- Order and restock
- Other ad-hoc request for supporting the business needs.

Skills and knowledge:

- Understanding reception and the requirements for the job.
- Recognise customer profiles and how customers have different needs.
- Understand the importance of meeting and where possible exceeding customer expectations.
- Understand the importance of receiving and dealing with customer feedback to support the improvement of services.
- Use clear and engaging communication to establish a good rapport with internal and external customers.
- Use your own initiative and have confidence in determining customer needs.
- Understand business procedures for delivering reception operations and understand requirements for dealing with personal data.
- Understanding clients’ systems & processes & expectations (site specific).

**Salary**: £11.05 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Staines-Upon Thames: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
