Support Worker for Persons with Complex Care Needs

Our Client based on the outskirts of Norwich in the countryside is looking for experienced support workers, who have had previous experience with persons with Learning Disabilities, Complex Care needs and possible brain Injuries.

The home cares for up to 13 persons, male & female and have support and nursing staff 24/7. They take pride in delivery-centred care. Currently looking for support workers to assist the team on a temporary basis, with the potential for full time permanent hours if you wish.

They are looking for persons who want to make a difference in their residents lives, assisting with some personal care, prompting, bathing, ensuring residents are dressed appropriately. Assist or prompt with Medications, feeding if required, & some complex care needs. There is always a registered nurse on duty at all times, to assist with your own personal development and training, which is ongoing.

You will need to be a care driver do to the location of the service.

You MUST have a minimum 6 months experience within the UK.

Have the RTW within the UK

Have excellent written and verbal communication

Be able to use a computer to complete computerised care plans.

You will be required to hold an enhanced Adult & Child DBS

You will need to complete mandatory training annually and potentially additional training due to individual needs of residents.
