We are seeking motivated and caring individuals to become part of our community of carers, joining our Bank Staff Team in the Norwich area. As a valued member of our care team you would be supporting our clients with complex care needs in their own home.

We are looking for professional staff with a demonstrable career in care and a willingness to work as part of an established team. The role may involve working with clients on a 1;1 or 2;1 basis, supporting them in all aspects of their care needs including personal care, domestic duties around the home and supporting with social activities.

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred (A minimum of six months UK care experience)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable, punctual and flexible
- Experience around spinal cord injuries and Tracheostomy care would be an advantage but full training will be give

Expected hours - Day Shift/Night Shift (12 Hours).

Starting pay rates of £12.50-£14.50 per hour.
