Acquisitions Finance Manager - £45,000 - £50,000 - Ripon, North Yorkshire
I'm currently recruiting for an exciting new position within a well-established group finance team. Our client is a well known PLC and this role will be supporting the Head of Tax and Acquisitions Finance Director.
You will be play a key part in the integration of new business propositions and working closely with finance teams in newly acquired businesses to implement group policies and controls. You will also work with the tax and treasury team to ensure full tax andtreasury integration
The role gives the opportunity work closely with the Head of Corporate Finance, to understand operational plans for the business and ensure these are aligned to the integration strategy.
Acquisitions /project experience is preferable but not a necessity, you will need to be qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), and have completion accounts experience/knowledge, business partnering abilities, confident and credible individual who is able towork well with stakeholders and senior management.
