As the **Marketing Executive**, you will be integral to the **brand team** in a busy, fast-paced marketing department, delivering assets to a global market. This would be an ideal entry opportunity into a marketing career for a dynamic and motivated individual.

You'll be the first point of contact for dealing with trade requests, executing wholesale marketing plans, liaising with PR agencies, managing our asset and B2B site and organising seasonal photography. You will be confident working through detailed spreadsheets and proofing brand assets, whilst also being hands-on in managing sample sets and assisting the wider team projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executing key account marketing plans for wholesale and liaising with sales/production teams to ensure timely delivery. Responding to wholesale requests for imagery, descriptions and translations.
- Organising seasonal trade sell-in assets for our B2B site, including imagery, product descriptions and marketing assets.
- Managing the image asset site to ensure all seasonal content is uploaded and in contract and managing user access.
- Organising seasonal product photography for all brands, ensuring that all relevant items are photographed, named and uploaded to the asset site before season launch.
- Prepping for studio and location photoshoots: assisting with logistics, prop gathering, sample management and all other areas needed to ensure smooth running shoots.
- Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for our PR agencies, ensuring they have access to all required assets on time, sending out press samples and tracking spending against the budget.
- Looking after the marketing sample sets for all brands, ensuring that they are safely stored, and the use of all samples is tracked and recorded.
- Assist with planning and execution of events and trade shows, attending where necessary.
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects as required across all brands.

**Essential** skills/traits to demonstrate:

- An interest and motivation for working in brand marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise internally and externally.
- Competent proofreader and excellent grasp of the English language (minimum of GCSE in English above Grade C/5)
- Highly motivated, happy to work on your initiative whilst also able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and great at multi-tasking to ensure effective time management and assisting in the delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Hard working with a can do attitude.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK and attend daily at LE15 6EA.

**Desirable **skills:
Previous Marketing experience. Marketing qualification. A full driving licence and access to a car (occasional travel will be required).

**Contract**:
This is a permanent full-time role, contracted to 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. Based on-site at our head office in Oakham, Rutland LE15 6EA.
