**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Delivering high quality instructive and facilitating learning experience in their area of expertise
- Conducting demonstrations and hands-on training to enhance students practical skills and understanding (role relevant)
- Providing constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their skills and achieve learning outcomes (role relevant)
- Represent COPC with the upmost professionalism with every interaction
- Handling of sensitive information with confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes diversity, equality and respect among all members of the college community
**To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you**:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining an approachable demeanour to aid a positive first impression and rapport building
- Customer focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Problem solving abilities in order to resolve issues independently or collaboratively with colleagues
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage varying workloads and adjust to different environment and schedules
- Level 5 Certificate in Education or equivalent or be willing to work towards (role relevant)
