**About me**

I am a young 30-year-old male with Autism and Learning Difficulties. I also suffer from mild OCD.

I love living in my own flat. My family are close by and I enjoy seeing them a lot. I enjoy Sunday dinner with my family.

I need support with my medication, cooking, light house cleaning chores, supervision with my personal care, going out and enjoying activities and shopping.

**I am seeking a PA to cover my current PAs holidays.**

**Hours and rate of pay**

A **CASUAL **PA is required for shifts between 20-40 days throughout the year, 2 days at a time.

A usual shift pattern is 2 days on and 2 days off, starting and finishing at 11:30am. There is flexibility in terms of changing the rota if necessary to accommodate the casual PAs needs.

One day consists of 15-day hours paid as £13.50 per hour and 9 hours sleep in (you would have your own room).

Day rate £13.50 per hour

Sleep in rate £10.42 per hour

**Location**

Knebworth, Hertfordshire

**Training**

Training will be offered to complete the mandatory training required:

- Safeguarding Adults
- Introduction to first aid
- Health and Safety

**What you would be doing**

This is a varied role which includes:
Taking me swimming, golf (practice range), bowling, cinema/theatre, trampolining, eating out, trips to the park, long walks and the playground.

I also require support to go shopping and to go out with a supported activities group.

I'm open to trying anything that physically I am able to enjoy.

Someone who I can enjoy spending time with and build a good working relationship. Someone who is hardworking, reliable, honest and trustworthy.

You should have a common-sense approach to tasks, attention to detail and a willingness to learn my routines.
