**Senior Therapist / Spa therapists - full time and part time roles available**

Competitive salary + commission on products

Plus circa 3-5k pa based on service charge

**Senior Spa Therapist**

Guests will enjoy the professional and personalized spa experience you offer. The expertise and attention to detail you provide during their treatment will ensure our guests have a memory to share. Reporting to the Head of Spa Therapy, you will support inleading the therapy team to deliver the highest standards of Wellness Spa therapies in line with the Spa Wellness Concept and brand standards.

**What our client is looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury property
- Recognised certifications in massage or aesthetics training - CIBTEC or equivalent is required
- Recognized Beauty Therapy qualification(e.g. NVQ3 BTEC/CIDESCO/CIBTAC/BABTAC or similar) along with previous experience in luxury spa environment
- Capable and dedicated to delivering high levels of guest care
- A smart, polished and professional appearance
- Willingness to drive treatment & products sales
- A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the spa team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and hotel operating/Wellness Spa booking systems

Training given specific to treatments

Lunch provided

Hours:
9.45 - 6.15 general day shift (treatments 10-6)

10.45 -7.15 normally once per week, but sometimes twice (4 week rolling rota with 1.5 wknds off)

15 minutes turnovers outside of treatments

Aim for 4hrs cap on massage per day
