**About The Role**:
This role is working for the central Private Patient Contact Centre where you will contribute to the smooth running of administrative processes across 10 hospitals and surgical centres. It will ensure patients receive a seamless experience by dealing with enquiries and tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Providing a high quality administrative and secretarial service for the unit to ensure an efficient service.

This role enables you to gain a broad depth of experience and knowledge within our ‘Well_soon_’ Private offering at Practice Plus Group, giving lots of opportunity for progression within our other Private patient teams.

This is a full-time role working in our Bristol office Monday - Friday between the hours of either 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00.

**What you'll be doing**:
As our Central Private Healthcare Administrator, you will;
- Assist and support the Private teams at all sites remotely when required.
- Raise quotes and take payments using our customer relationship management system (CRM).
- Support Private Patient Sales Team with group mailbox, responding to Private imaging enquiries, and assisting with enquiries that PPG are unable to offer.
- Collecting patient medical history and any other relevant clinical information by liaising with GP surgeries.
- Manage and process patient referral letters and any associated documentation
- Use of a customer relationship management (CRM) system and Patient Administration System (PAS), inputting data and uploading documents.
- Use of a live chat system, giving customer’s real time information for any enquiries they might have.
- To assist Private Patient Sales Team with sales enquiries when required.
- Helping colleagues with administrative duties such as ordering stationary, printing, posting and photocopying.
- Speaking regularly with other team members across 10 hospital sites to ensure that the information held centrally is accurate and up to date.
- To help implement new ways of working to improve the private patient experience and efficiency of service.

**What we’ll look for in you**:
With your previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, you will also;
- Have a professional and friendly manner whilst being responsive and empathetic towards patients.
- Good numeracy skills
- Excellent telephone manner and verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new IT systems quickly
- Great organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Practice and maintain a high standard of confidentiality at all times and exercise absolute discretion in the use of all patient information
