Hadleigh Farm Estate is set in 950 acres incorporating Hadleigh Training Centre, Hadleigh Tea Rooms, The Hub Café, Rare Breeds Centre, Hadleigh Farm and Mission Team.

As a Family Ministry Worker, you will work with the Mission Engagement Officer to develop and deliver a family ministry programme in line with the Estate’s Mission Development Plan, Missional Framework and The Salvation Army’s Family Ministry policies. Ensuring the delivery of a wide range of engagement opportunities for families. You will be a committed and practising Christian as this post holds an occupational requirement.

The mission team aims to creatively engage with spiritual exploration using the natural resources the Estate has to offer. Organise and deliver accessible events at key missional times, lead worship and identify ways to nurture faith development.

**To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Experience of nurturing Christian Faith Development
- Experience of working with Children and Families
- Experience of working in a missional context
- Proven organisational skills and experience of working under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team & manage own timetable
- Ability to collate, report and present data
- Working knowledge of current safeguarding legislation
- Working knowledge of MS Office - including Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Teams.
- Ability to work within an agreed budget
