Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Plan and deliver engaging basketball training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies.
- Provide individualised coaching to players to improve their technique, physical fitness, and mental resilience.
- Motivate and inspire players to set and achieve personal and team goals.
- Analyse player performance during games and practice sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other coaches and team staff to ensure a cohesive approach to player development.
- Organise and oversee team participation in leagues, tournaments, and friendly matches.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Basketball Coach or playing at a competitive level.
- Strong knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate players.
- Ability to tailor coaching methods to suit individual player needs.
- A passion for sports coaching and educating players on the fundamentals of basketball.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £25.14 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 6 per week
