An amazing new opportunity for a Reception Supervisor has become available for Portico, based with our team in a multi-occupied building in the heart of Woking.

Created prioritising the people using it, the building is an open, fresh, and welcoming space with creative co-working areas and an incredible sense of fun.

Supervising 1 Receptionist, you will “own” the ground floor space. Taking responsibility for the warm and efficient welcome provided by the team; activating the common areas using the amazing smart spaces technology; and providing well-being options for the tenants.

The Reception Supervisor will need to remain engaged with the agents letting the space and the new tenants as they move in, becoming the go-to person for all tenant needs

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri

**Salary**: £28,000
**Qualifications**
A self-motivated, go-getter with experience in leading a team is desirable for this position.
The ability to build long lasting relationships with clients and visitors alike is essential.
Someone with a keen eye for detail and ownership would be ideal for the stimulating role.
