Shepherd Commercial is a growing commercial real estate consultancy and agency firm specialising in the sale, letting and management of commercial properties.

As an Administrative Assistant, you play a direct role in the management and agency of commercial assets on a day to day basis. The administrative assistant will be office based, dealing with client queries and ensure the day to day running of Shepherd Commercial is efficient and smooth.

**Responsibilities**
- Works as part of the administrative team to assist in various areas of the office operation including invoicing, reconciling, client correspondence, preparing details and property particulars amongst a versatile range of administration tasks.
- Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations regarding the management of commercial property as well as preparing reports and statements for property owners through our in-house system Re-Leased.
- Ensures that all documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Responsible for assisting in marketing efforts including but not limited to preparing property details, photoshopping marketing material and the filing of marketing data.
- In addition to duties as an Administrative Assistant, you will also serve as the point of contact for questions or concerns of clients and our 2 agency staff.
- Provides support to other staff as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 5 GCSE's A-C including maths and english.
- 1-2 years minimum experience in commercial property management or real estate sector as a whole.
- Proficiency on Re-Leased Property Management Software is preferable although not essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required. Adobe Photoshop is also preferable.
- Administration experience

**Salary**: £14,585.62-£27,308.34 per year
