We are looking for Support Workers to join our diverse and dedicated team. We provide Staffing solutions to a wide range of clients. Our Clients provide a range of support services ideally in complex care or working with physical disabilities.

In this role you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on patients, service users & their families.

- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all

**Applicant should be**:

- **be familiar with spinal cord injury, bowel and bladder management, moving and handling and Medication administration.**
- An excellent communicator and a good team player
- Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
- Helping to empower & support service user independence.

**Duties**
- Duties are delegated to you in line with care plans
- Not all duties are routine and you will need to use your knowledge, experience and understanding to take decisions within your area of responsibility
- You are accountable for your work and for reviewing
- The role is undertaken following a period of experience in healthcare so you are able to demonstrate best practice and act as a role model
- You follow the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers and Adult Social Care
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective organisational capability
- Great team player
- Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of those who we support
- Strong “can do” attitude

A valid Driving Licence is essential, but not mandatory.
