Based at our state-of-the-art head office and distribution centre on the outskirts of Preston, James Hall & Co. Ltd. have been established for over 150 years proudly serving communities across the north of England as supplier and distributor to over 500 SPAR stores.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Be a welcoming first point of contact for new applicants, making them feel valued and excited about joining our family.
- Champion our brand as the go-to employer of choice.
- Building relationships with our Hiring Managers, ensuring they have the support they need throughout the recruitment process.
- Create valuable relationships with external partners to broadcast our job opportunities and attract a diverse array of talent.
- Amplify our job vacancies on social media, connecting with local job pages and our own online platforms.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, fostering innovation within our team.
- Maintain consistency in our recruitment process across all 160 stores and other business areas.
- Be a true ambassador for James Hall & Co, driven by a passion for matching the right people with the right roles.
- Showcase your organisational skills, through the management of multiple priorities.
- Represent our company at job fairs and events throughout the North of England.

**A Few Things About You**

To excel in this role, you'll need:

- Previous telephone-based customer service experience.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while connecting with a diverse range of individuals.
- Happy to work towards targets and goals.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- A confident telephone manner.
- Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships.
- Integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Outstanding organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
- A commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
