We currently have an opportunity for a highly organised person to work within our Recruitment Team to provide high quality, efficient and effective recruitment administration support to recruiting managers and job applicants for non
- medical and medical staffing appointments. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, from advertising to issuing contracts and everything in between.

You will need to have a minimum of 2 GCSE’s in English and Maths, have gained an NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent, and have excellent IT skills. The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise workload is essential. Previous experience of working in a busy recruitment environment is desirable, together experience of working with an online recruitment system or database and experience of working within a team in a large organisation.

Based in the North East of England we provide a range of hospital and community health services from our leading facilities, including the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Blaydon urgent care centre and Bensham Hospital, all within Gateshead.

You will also be involved in the ongoing development of systems, policies and processes in line with the digital agenda and to support the continuous improvement of the resourcing service to the Trust.
