Joining the company during their busiest season, you will well and truly hit the ground running as they experience a boom in holiday bookings You will have a talent for building rapports and the drive to exceed targets.
- This is the perfect opportunity for someone with previous sales experience, who will deliver the highest levels of quality and customer service during each and every inbound and outbound call, helping to find customers their perfect holiday
- You will have a strong track record of working successfully to sales targets, hold excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a great negotiator
- You will be motivated and results driven with an ability to work under pressure. You will be customer-orientated and an excellent team player. You will also be reliable and punctual with good attention to detail.
- Ideally you are an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of working to (and exceeding) agreed targets
- You will have drive, determination, and above all, confidence
- Previous experience in a similar customer service/telephone based role is essential
- Knowledge of the travel industry/holiday lettings advantageous but not essential

Working Hours: Full Time applicants are welcomed, to cover a shift rota to include evenings and two weekends a month. The department opening hours are 9am - 8pm however during peak times these will be extended to 9pm
