**Who we are**:
Mercurius is a luxury fashion accessory brand that set out to become an enabler within the domain industry. We aim to meet the demand for ethical luxury and versatile functionality while keeping the style of a status symbol. As a debut collection, we created a series of extremely functional luxury leather bags crafted from plant-based leather and recycled materials.

As a Graphic Designer at Mercurius, you will play a pivotal role in translating the elegance and exclusivity of luxury fashion accessory brands into compelling visual designs. As a visual designer, you will be in charge of creating the brand’s look and feel, tone and manner. Your work will not just be seen; it will tell stories, create captivating experiences, and uphold the prestigious image of the brands we represent. Proficiency in designing all digital spaces is preferred, i.e. brand design, web design, landing pages, paid-ads creatives, motion graphics, social media posts, banners, editorial, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be in charge of all aspects of visual design for the company’s strategic marketing campaign activities.
- Primary responsibilities include conceptualizing and producing all visual design elements, including landing pages, paid ad creatives, social media posts, etc, while keeping the alignment and consistency of the brand guidelines and its unique look and feel.
- Utilize Figma for the creation of visually appealing and functional designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Figma for seamless project workflows.
- Design and optimize landing pages using Landingi, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
- Develop visually stunning designs that align with the aesthetics and values of fashion or luxury brands.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to create visually appealing assets for online campaigns.
- Understand and implement design principles that enhance performance marketing initiatives.
- Participate in regular design reviews and be highly receptive to the team’s feedback.
- Be able to communicate clearly with other team members and define work priorities.
- Research competitors to come up with differentiation factors that are unique to the brand Mercurius.
- Ensure consistency in visual elements and define behavior for user interactions.
- Adapt to various visual styles and engage in the creative process from concept to completion.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a significant portion of that experience working with fashion or luxury brands in a digital marketing context.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect) and Figma
- Hands-on experience with Landingi for designing and optimizing landing pages.
- Must submit a portfolio showcasing previous work related to high-end, luxury, or premium brand design.
- Experience working closely with creative directors and marketing teams in the luxury brand space and a strong understanding of digital advertising, branding, and marketing principles is a plus.
- Be able to quickly learn and implement the design on visual editor-based web platforms such as Shopify, Unbounce, Clikcfunnel, GoHighLevel, etc.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills as well as attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics in visual design are a must.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is a must as all communication is done in English.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: Up to $2400 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £1,800.00-£1,900.00 per month
