Our client is a well-established, multi-branch independent estate agency based in the Bracknell region. They’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.

**Working Hours**:
As a Property Manager, you’ll be required to work 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

**The successful Property Manager will be offered**:

- £25,000 - £32,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)
- Internal progression opportunities

**To be considered for the Property Manager role, you must have the following attributes**:

- Previous Property Management experience essential
- ARLA qualified desirable
- Live local to Bracknell
- Highly organised and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Computer literate
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Upbeat personality and strong work ethic

**The Property Manager's duties will include, but not be limited to**:

- Manage an individual portfolio of fully managed properties
- Appointment and monitoring of contractors/organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
- Rent arrears, deposits and end of tenancy
