Vip Liaison Officer

The VIP Liaison officer (VLO) will be working closely with our suppliers and airlines to deliver a professional, efficient and personalised service to VIP clients, agencies and embassies in an often dynamic and challenging environment.

The role will have a number of responsibilities depending on where operational support is required, this will involve servicing VIP movements via all our suites, administering suite reservations, planning/managing VIP movements, general administrative support and project work.

The Shift pattern is 5 on, 3 off, covering the following operating hours - 04:30 - 23:30 (various start and finish times)

**Your role will involve**:

- Responsible for superior service levels whilst the VIP guest is in our care.
- Ensuring familiarity with individual guest expectations and assists in collating updated information for the booking system.
- Using client insights to create a personalised, efficient, private, serene and exclusive guest experience.
- Managing departing check-in procedures by closely liaising with our airline partners, internal Security partners and Control authorities.
- Organising and preparing arriving VIPs reception parties, UKBF passport clearance and baggage reclaim.
- Leading VIP vehicle convoys to aircraft stand, ensuring that safety and security procedures are followed at all times (this can include personally driving the VIP to the aircraft).
- Maintaining accurate records of VIP movements and our service delivery to enable accurate reporting and billing to the customer.

**These skills are essential**:

- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Experience with managing sensitive data in a confidential environment.
- Relevant work experience delivering a high-quality service whilst adhering to stringent compliance and safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a team ethic.
- Excellent planning skills.

**Ideally, you'll also have**:

- Knowledge of current world affairs and geography.
- Additional fluent languages.
- Experience using Excel and Word.
- The ability to create an inclusive culture allowing diverse teams to improve performance and passenger experience.
