As a result of team expansion, we are looking for a full-time Compliance & Regulation Officer, based at our offices in Nottingham. Our Compliance & Regulation team are responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements of all regulators and regulatory bodies for our group.

You will be involved in a wide range of activities including Centre recognition approval processes; dealing with Reasonable Adjustment and Special Consideration requests for learners; and collating evidence for audits, complaints and appeals. Whilst experience working in education or an awarding body is not essential, it would be a definite advantage.

You should have experience of working in a busy office with a strong compliance and regulatory ethos. You must be highly organised with an excellent eye for detail and good IT skills. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly. Customer service, fairness and teamwork are a significant part of the role to ensure we provide a courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.

This is an office-based role - 37 hours a week. The benefits package includes generous holiday, pension, an EAP, and free on-site parking. We have a lively and inclusive culture where everyone is valued.
