As a Senior Practitioner, you will assist the Management Team with the effective and efficient management of the house. You will be part of a team ensuring the highest standards of service are being delivered, believing in the benefits of a team approach that places the child at the centre of their care plan. At all times you are expected to conduct yourselves professionally ensuring that your practise is of the highest of standards. You will have responsibility for managing a team of staff therefore, you must be experienced in motivating, supervising and providing support to colleagues when necessary enabling them to provide excellent care to the children and young people within our service.

**Salary**: From £28,500.00 per year
