**Who we are looking for**:
As a Machine Setter you will be preparing the machines before production and perform test runs of the initial batches, making repairs or adjustments as needed to ensure quality control.

**What you’ll do**:

- Set up and operate machinery according to specifications and instructions.
- Assemble and fabricate parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Adjust machinery as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production.

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience within spring, press or roll form is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques
- Basic welding skills are a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

**Hours**:
7pm-7am

Monday -Thursday
