**Full time receptionist required at Bicester Vets.**

**30-35 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime to cover holidays & sickness.**

**Rota with different shifts, covering 8am-7pm Mon-Fri and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-2pm.**

**Receptionists are extremely important members of our team as they are front of house, so excellent customer service is essential.**

**Requirements**:

- **A flexible and empathetic personality is essential.**:

- **Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and prioritise accordingly.**:

- **A good standard of secondary education including English and Mathematics at GCSE level or equivalent.**:

- **Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.**:

- **Experience of owning/caring for pets.**

**Job details**:

- **The job also involves many administrative duties, these include supporting other office staff or management.**:

- **Training will be given on our Practice Management Software and all other aspects of the job.**:

- **Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour.**:
