**Reception Administrator - 3 month temp - Office based Camden**
One of the UKs largest charities is seeking an experienced Reception Administrator to support at their offices in Camden.
**This is a temporary role to start ASAP (dependant on checks) for an initial 3-month period and will pay between £11.75 and £12.28 per hour.**
The main duties of the Reception Administrator will include:

- Answer calls, take messages or direct calls as appropriate.
- Receive clients and visitors to the office.
- Organising meetings and events, including venues and refreshments
- Managing room booking system
- Organising meetings
- Travel and hotel bookings
- Ordering offices supplies
The ideal Reception Administrator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- Previous experience of working in a similar reception administration role.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deal effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of using Windows-based software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately.
- The successful applicant will undergo checks to include a DBS check
