**We will require you to**:
- Lead the development and implement the organisation’s diversity and inclusion plan including progress reports, risk management and associated reports to Board
- Provide expert Human Rights, Equality and Diversity advise ensuring that equality and diversity support the delivery of both statutory regulations and promote equality and inclusion in all that we do..
- Lead the agenda to overcome barriers to accessing healthcare services in the communities with the worst health outcomes in relation to healthy life expectancy, which includes those with high under-represented communities.
