**Your new role**
Your new role will see you working as an Associate Director across the Northern offices (either Manchester or Leeds). You will be involved with the day-to-day of aiding and assisting senior and junior members of staff with their designs, having a clear visionof where your projects are going to go, and liaising with senior management regarding project delivery.
**What you'll need to succeed
**To succeed in this role you must have a minimum of 8 years' UK mechanical or electrical engineering experience. A fluid knowledge of design software and the ability to communicate well with others. This role will be forward facing to both clients andcolleagues alike, so the ability to listen, understand and action designs and ideas is a must.
You will also have full UK working rights for an extended period of time as this role does not offer sponsorship.
