**Various sites around the Croydon Borough (Office is Bernard Weatherill House, Croydon, CR0 1EA)**

**PAY RATE**:
**£15.06 PAYE**

**START DATE: ASAP**

**DURATION: 3-month initial contract (Possibility of Extension)**

**Hours**:
**36per week/ 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri.**

**Driving License Required**:

**Overview**
- To carry out deep cleaning duties; replacing bin wheels; clearing bulky waste; carry out caretaking cleansing; basic gardening duties; clearing areas
- To provide a minor repairs/works to common areas of council owned properties
- Carry out effective secondary monitoring of estate services received by Housing, such as Veolia and Grounds Maintenance.
- Carry out deep cleaning and removal of minor graffiti (common areas)
- Someone who doesn't mind a changing rota; can work on their own as well as in a team; can use deep cleaning equipment; a caretaker/janitorial background.
