One of our clients within the Facility Management sector is currently looking to employ a Handyperson to join their team on a full-time Temporary basis to provide general maintenance and repairs on a mobile basis covering South London.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am
- 5pm

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Providing general maintenance and repairs across a commercial site with duties such as: plumbing, Painting and Decorating, Basic electrics, basic carpentry and plastering
- Always maintain the professional image.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees & client employees and representatives.
- Compliance and Statutory Inspections

Essential Skills:

- Experience of building maintenance
- Commercial property experience
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Full UK driving license
