We have an exception role for you, in the position of** Bank - HR Onboarding Officer **on a 6 Month FTC to join our Bank Member Onboarding Compliance team.

You will support in the smooth running of new Bank members HR On-boarding function by providing a robust and efficient administrative service, in line with agreed KPIs and delivery reflecting a world class organisation.

Ensuring that HCA’s new bank members are all on-boarded in accordance to agreed processes and polices and in

line with regulatory guidance, providing a friendly, professional, and efficient journey.

You will also collaborate in the development of the process, offering and supporting new ideas and initiatives for improvement and working with your Team Lead in implementing these changes and processes.

You will be part of a highly effective friendly and supportive team where you are able to further learn and grow your knowledge and skills within HR compliance.

**Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;**
- Experience of working within a HR Administration role or compliance setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong administrative skills.
- A confident communicator both written and verbal with exceptional stakeholder relationship skills at all levels
- Exceptional IT skills in MS Office and able to learn new systems and processes efficiently.
- Used to working within a high volume and fast paced environment.
- Strong Sense of Accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborative, team focused approach
- Able to source and analyse information and communicate this to stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
