The role will initially be focused on improving internal to our client’s GCP (Google Cloud Platform) documentation. Not just the actual documents themselves but also how they are presented and consumed internally within the organisation.

**Requirements**:
Proactive people person who can engage with external teams to improve their documentation.
A high level of GCP knowledge and a strong technical aptitude to be able to individually work on the documentation.
Good theory of mind skills (ability to have the consumers perspective).
Design and presentation skills being able to bring together disparate documentation into a coherent user experience. (Sharepoint / Confluence)

**Preferences**:

**Responsibilities**:
The role will initially be focused on improving internal to our client’s (Google Cloud Platform) documentation. Not just the actual documents themselves but also how they are presented and consumed internally within the organisation.
Working with the internal GCP Technical product owners to help develop their product documentation from a typical customers perspective.
Bring a level of standardisation across the documentation.
Improve the customer experience of using the documents.
Develop the feedback process and failure rate tracking of user’s consuming using the documents.
Curate and present documentation in an easy to consume way.
